The Hazard Analysis and Risk Based Preventive Controls for Human Food regulation (referred to as Preventive Controls for Human Food regulation) was published on September 17, 2015. Over 8 years have passed since this date, and it’s time to get reacquainted with the regulation and make sure you and your team are fully complying with the law. This course will review the major components of the regulation, those “lesser” discussed areas like environmental monitoring program, and finally, “watchouts” from Preventive Controls Human Food actual FDA audits. The objective of this course is to assure the participant that their Food Safety Plan confidently meets the defined regulations.
